Paragraph 14.1 is deleted and the following is substituted:
14.1 Boats shall not be hauled out between 0900 on 4 July and 1700 on 8 July without written permission of the Organising Authority.

8.3 (a) When five races or less have been completed, a boat's series score will be the total of all her races.
